A Spec Ops Mentor in a most cases works with non-prior service individuals seeking SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Diver, Aviation Rescue Swimmer, and HM-ATF rates. In limited numbers we test and process NAVET and OSVET based on Year Group dates and PST NSW or EOD OCS candidates.

PST administration/assessment , Swim Stroke Clinics, Workouts, assignment of PT training modalities Navy approved for use and fact based briefs on community training pipelines. 

Our team consists of experienced petty officers with backgrounds in various rates (occupations), including Seabee rates, rescue swimmer air crew, engineering, and ship operations.
